Our heated socks deliver the added protection needed to guard against the extreme cold. Replaceable packs (two included) deliver an average heat of approximately 100° F for up to six hours. And since they are crafted from a 93% acrylic, 7% polyester stretch nylon blend you can use these versatile socks without the heat packs for a superior combination of warmth and comfort. Ideal for all your cold-weather activities. The foot warm-up pads should be placed in the elastic band on the botton of the sock.
HeatMax® Foot Warm-up Pads and how they work:
These natural ingredient foot-warmers are powered by Air. These foot warmers are easy to use and odorless. Each package contains Two HeatMax® Foot Warm-ups (foot warmers). The foot warmers contain natural ingredients of iron powder, water, salt, activated charcoal and vermiculite react together when exposed to air to produce long-lasting warmth in low-air environments. The foot warmers have a pouch that is soft and thin, and designed to fit comfortably into shoes or boots. During proper use, the foot warmers attain a maximum heat of approximately 110°F and an average heat of approximately 100°F for up to 6 hours.
How to use the foot warmers:
Remove the foot warmers from the outer protective wrapper and shake it to mix and activate the contents.
Slip the foot warmers inside your shoes or boots between the bottom of your shoes and bottom of socks.
Use of an insole between socked feet and the foot warmers is recommended for a milder warmth and protection against burns.
After use, dispose the foot warmers as you would other environmentally safe debris

Product Warning:
The HeatMax® foot Warm-Up® insert should be placed in the elastic strap on the bottom of the sock. They may be placed on the top of the sock but only use with extreme caution as the warmer may become too warm.
The HeatMax® foot Warm-Up® insert are the only warmers recommended for use with the heated socks by HeatMax®. Use of any other warmer may result in excessively high temperatures that could result in burns.
Young children, people with sensitive skin or reduced sensation to heat should not use. Diabetics and the elderly should consult a physician before using the HeatMax® foot Warm-Up® inserts.
Do not wear the heated socks, with warmer inserts in place to bed. Should the temperature of the warmer become uncomfortably hot, remove immediately. As with any other heating product extreme care should be taken to ensure that damage to the skin does not occur.
